  • Device information — Browser type, operating system, and general geographic location (country level, derived from IP address).
  • Cookies — We use essential cookies for site functionality and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. See Section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule strategy calls
  • Send you service-related communications (e.g., onboarding information, account notifications)
  • Send marketing communications with your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time
  • Analyze Website usage to improve user experience
  • Protect against fraud and abuse

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers — Trusted third-party tools that help us operate the Website, including Cal.com (scheduling, USA), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN, USA/global), and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc. (advertising measurement via Facebook Pixel and Conversions API, Ireland/USA). These providers only process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
  • Legal obligations — If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain it.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our Website uses the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — Required for basic site functionality. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — Help us understand how visitors interact with our Website.
  • Marketing cookies — Used to deliver relevant content and measure performance, including the Cal.com booking embed and the Facebook Pixel (see Section 7).

When you first visit our Website, you are asked to accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you provide consent. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the Website.

7. Facebook Pixel & Conversions API (Meta)

With your consent, our Website uses the Facebook Pixel and Conversions API provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) and, where applicable, Meta Platforms, Inc. (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA) (together, “Meta”).

What data is processed:

  • Standard event data: page views, content views, CTA clicks, and completed bookings via the Cal.com calendar.
  • Technical metadata: IP address, user agent, browser language, referrer, timestamp, and Facebook identifiers (_fbp / _fbc cookies set by Meta).
  • Where you submit them through forms or the booking flow, contact identifiers (email address, phone number) are hashed (SHA-256) before transmission so Meta cannot read the plaintext value.

How the data is sent: Events are transmitted to Meta both directly from your browser (via the Facebook Pixel script) and from our server (Conversions API). Both paths share an event ID so Meta can deduplicate them and count them as a single event.

Purpose:Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), optimizing ad delivery, and building audiences of users with similar interests. Detailed information on Meta's processing is available in their Data Policy and the Business Tools Terms. Meta and Hiring Intelligence are joint controllers for the collection and transmission of event data, as set out in Meta's Controller Addendum.

Legal basis:Your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR), given via our cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clearing your browser cookies for this site and re-selecting “Reject” on the next visit.

International data transfer: Data may be transferred to the United States. Meta is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

8. International Data Transfers

Our company is based in Dubai, U.A.E., and our services involve transferring data to servers and service providers located in other countries, including the United States. By using our Website and services, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit (TLS), secure authentication systems, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
